With nearly 50 combined years of commercial and residential construction experience, Mike and Cindy Farrar set out to create a company that would combine their professional experience with their personal values of integrity, empathy, and responsibility to their customers.
Mike Farrar, Vice-President
Mike runs the daily construction operations for Invictus Construction. Leveraging decades of experience as a Vice President and Division Manager, and owner's representative for both large and small construction companies, Mike focuses on the most efficient and cost-effective processes to help our customers complete their projects to the highest level of quality. This includes developing strong relationships with the customers’ stakeholders, the subcontractors, and the employees in the field. It takes a unified approach combined with strong personal values and a solid work ethic to create a smooth construction process and an excellent finished product. Mike’s approach of bringing old-fashioned human values into today’s high-tech environment is what sets Invictus ahead of other general contractors in Florida.
Cindy Farrar
Cindy oversees the broad vision and direction of Invictus Construction. As a graduate of the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Building Construction and a native Floridian, she is committed to building Invictus Construction into a premier general contractor in the community. She brings vast experience in all stages of the construction process. She worked as a surveyor and even framed houses before joining large national construction firms focused on large-scale concrete and custom projects. Her ground-level experience has given her a unique understanding of the trades and the teamwork required to make a project successful. This respect for the skill and the process is the foundation upon which Invictus Construction is built.
Tristan Page
Tristan is someone that we have known for over 20 years and has extensive experience with low voltage, access control, and security systems. Tristan is also an extremely talented custom LED designer and owner of Tri-Page LED celebrating over 20 years of success in the custom LED world. Tristan has been in the commercial and residential construction for many years and brings a dedication to excellence with coordination of the projects down to the smallest detail. As the son of a military father and sibling of a very talented engineer, attention to details has always been a huge part of his life.
As Senior Project Manager Tristan manages the day-to-day activities of the project(s) as well as our superintendent(s) for the project.
